Exclusively in German data centers. No data transfers to third countries. Operations are conducted in accordance with German data protection law.
How is the scope of services defined?
Operational services, scope of responsibility, and SLAs are defined individually in the service agreement. secunet is responsible for platform operations; responsibility for the application remains with the customer.
Is it possible to migrate existing workloads?
Yes. secunet supports migration from on-premises or other cloud environments with structured migration paths and minimal risk of operational disruption.
